Widely respected in civil engineering and construction, Mr. Alur's unmatched passion drives the consistent delivery of high-quality construction services across Karnataka. As both a leader and a mentor, he personally visits project sites, fostering collaborative problem-solving and sharing his extensive knowledge — while his philanthropic endeavours extend the company's positive impact deep into the community.
A civil engineer by training and a builder by upbringing, Vijay S. Alur is the driving force behind the company's next chapter. Mentored on live project sites by his father, founder Shri Sharanappa S. Alur, he pairs a ground-up understanding of road building with a decidedly modern view of how infrastructure should be delivered.
Under his stewardship, the firm has adopted drone-based progress monitoring, GPS fleet telematics, and app-driven workforce systems — and has grown from district road works into large EPC packages, including the Greenfield Airport at Vijayapura and national-highway works for NHAI. His mandate is clear: professional systems, uncompromising quality, and growth that honours the values the company was built on.
A distinguished Partner and integral member of the leadership team, Smt. Sunita S. Alur leads the company's social responsibility initiatives, with a focus on enhancing employee welfare and community engagement.
