Widely respected in civil engineering and construction, Mr. Alur's unmatched passion drives the consistent delivery of high-quality construction services across Karnataka. As both a leader and a mentor, he personally visits project sites, fostering collaborative problem-solving and sharing his extensive knowledge — while his philanthropic endeavours extend the company's positive impact deep into the community.
A civil engineer by training and a builder by upbringing, Vijay S. Alur is leading the company's transformation into a technology-driven infrastructure enterprise. Mentored on live project sites by his father, founder Shri Sharanappa S. Alur, he pairs a ground-up understanding of road building with a restless belief that every process, every layer, and every site can be done better — the Kaizen way of continuous, everyday improvement.
That philosophy shows on the ground: a systematically modernised fleet of the latest Volvo, Wirtgen, and Schwing Stetter equipment; drone-based progress monitoring; GPS fleet telematics; and app-driven workforce systems embedded across operations. Under his stewardship the firm has grown from district roads into landmark EPC works — the Greenfield Airport at Vijayapura and national-highway packages for NHAI — always building towards the betterment of the communities its roads connect.
A distinguished Partner and integral member of the leadership team, Smt. Sunita S. Alur leads the company's social responsibility initiatives, with a focus on enhancing employee welfare and community engagement.
Her leadership embodies a dedication to fostering positive impact within both the community and the company's workforce. Together with Shri Sharanappa S. Alur and Shri Vijay S.
